About Us
QuietWire is Building Decision Integrity Infrastructure.
A verifiable record of what your organization knew, decided, and did — local, durable, and held exclusively by you.

Origin
What (& Who) Is Behind QuietWire?
QuietWire emerged from work across cybersecurity, intelligence, and information integrity, where the same problem kept appearing: institutional memory failing under pressure. AI was accelerating the work and fragmenting the record at the same time. We started QuietWire to build what was missing — sovereign AI infrastructure that preserves institutional memory, decision context, and evidence.
What QuietWire Is Not.
Not a moderation system. We don't filter, flag, or arbitrate content.
Not a truth engine. We don't determine what's true. We preserve what happened so others can judge with full context.
Not a central archive. Data stays sovereign to the node. There is no central repository.
Not surveillance. We preserve decision context, not behavior logs.
Not vendor-controlled memory. Organizations own their data, their context, and their exit.

Inside Team
Where We Operate
QuietWire operates from Canada, with active deployments across North America and the Middle East. Our work spans regulated commercial operators, civic institutions, and small-scale community deployments.
Members of the team have led work on these problems for decades — across cybersecurity research, national security, governance, and public-interest information integrity.

Our Values
What We Believe
Institutional memory belongs to institutions. Coherent records and clear narratives unlock compounding advantages — better decisions, faster recovery, real institutional trust. AI should strengthen what an organization knows, not scatter it.
